The property is fenced and has direct neighbors.

Inside, the living room is equipped with a television for the entertainment of guests. The dining room, open to the kitchen with a ceramic hob, offers a cozy atmosphere to enjoy meals with the family. The laundry room, located in the bathroom, is equipped with a washing machine, iron, and ironing board for added convenience. The house has three bedrooms on the ground floor, all equipped with fans and wardrobes. Two of the bedrooms have twin beds, while the third has a double bed and a cot available.
