Welcome to this beautiful apartment with a shared pool in Sant Joan d'Alacant. It can accommodate up to 5 guests.

Outside the apartment, you will find a refreshing chlorine pool of 7mx5m and a depth of 0.90 to 2 meters. There is also a pool for the little ones of 3mx5m. There is a lawn area where you can sunbathe or cool off in the outdoor shower. Please note that privacy is partial.

At the entrance to the apartment, you will find a terrace with two tables and chairs where you can eat with your companions while enjoying the tranquility of the area. The interior offers a simple and cozy style. The dining room with air conditioning and TV is open to the gas kitchen which has all the necessary utensils to cook comfortably. There is a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. In the apartment, there are 3 bedrooms: the first one with a double bed and closet, the second one with a double bed, and a direct exit to a small terrace equipped with a table and four chairs. And the last bedroom has a single bed and a closet. A bathroom with a shower completes your stay. If you travel with your baby we can provide you with a crib and a highchair.
