Welcome to this wonderful seafront apartment, accommodating up to 4 people. The exterior of this urbanization features a shared saltwater swimming pool measuring 15x9m with a depth range of 1.20m to 2.10m. Guests can also enjoy the communal garden, perfect for sunbathing, or relax with a drink on the small terrace of the apartment, which has direct access from the pool. From this area, you can also enjoy direct views of the breakwater of the Rota marina.

Already in the interior, you will find a luminous living-dining room, equipped with TV and fan and that gives direct access to the kitchen, that has vitroceramic hob and all the necessary utensils so that you can cook comfortably. When it is time to sleep, there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. Both have a fan and closet. A bathroom with shower completes the accommodation. There is a washing machine, iron and ironing board.

The apartment is located in Rota, a coastal town in the province of Cadiz. Its rich history, beautiful beaches and delicious gastronomy make it a popular tourist destination for those who wish to enjoy the Andalusian charm.
