Located 50 meters from the beach (Pitangueiras), on the sidewalk of Mexico Street, entreAv. Deodoro da Fonseca and Mario Ribeiro Street, height n. 1300, second building from the beach, block from the beach. The living room window gives w / see the sea!(As picture). Fit comfortable. Living Room with 3 seater sofa and 2 arm chairs, rectangular table with 6 chairs and bufet, and television 20 colors with remote control; ceiling fan in the living room and bedrooms. Kitchen w / large fridge freezer, oven / 4 burner stove, microwave oven, cabinets equipped w / crazy, cutlery, pots, blender, orange juicer. Laundry. Two elevators. Garage w / 1 parking. Agradável

Boa localização e arredores, mas internet atualmente faz falta, é como água ou luz no passado, hoje não dá para ficar sem, principalmente se quiser conciliar home office ou com uma TV Smart como há no local. Como feedback positivo é preciso melhorias no imóvel, melhor disposição dos eletrodomésticos como TV e microondas, e reforma de fato. Deixo consignado a excelente receptividade dos funcionários do prédio, da proprietária e flexibilidade no checkin e checkout, obrigado! Se houver mudança nos pontos acima mencionados, voltarei.

Apto ótima localização,porém precisa de algumas manutenção,por exemplo o ventilador do quarto 2 mto fraco não nos atendeu como deveria,sala poderia colocar um sofá mais confortável.

Dona Beatriz é muito gentil, seu apartamento é impecável, como descrito. Tudo limpo e organizado. Super bem localizado, pertinho da praia, padaria, mercados, farmácia e restaurantes. Os porteiros são muito legais. Voltarei com certeza.

No Geral muito bom o apto, pequena observação sobre a vaga na garagem que é muito estreito qdo está ocupada todas as vagas fica complicado para carros grandes, mas o apto no geral é muito bom, falta Wi-fi, roupas de cama, uma máquina de lavar e renovar os utensílios da cozinha, para ser perfeito... Mas mesmo assim vale a pena a hospedagem... agradeço a Proprietária e sem falar no pessoal da portaria pessoal gt boa demais... Agradecemos esperamos voltar!
