Beautiful holiday home in Logga near Aghios Andreas with fantastic sea views.

On the southern cape of Messinia, a medieval castle juts picturesquely into the sea like a pointed triangle, with the narrow alleyways and pretty little houses of Koroni nestling against it. To the south-west and north of the village, the fine sandy beaches of Zaga, Memi, Peroulia and Aghios Andreas line the coast for kilometres.

The picturesque village of Logga is situated on gentle hills above the extensive Aghios Andreas sandy beach and the coast. On the edge of the village, quiet and idyllic, stands the charming holiday home Mariele with a view of the surrounding landscape, the sea and Messenian Bay as far as the Peloponnese coast opposite.

The detached Spiti Mariele is set in a lush, enclosed garden surrounded by Mediterranean plants and various terraces. The centrepiece of the holiday home is the well-tended garden with its various terraces.

Built in the typical architectural style of the region, the appearance of the holiday home is adapted to the regional character with colourful shutters. The interior is decorated in successful, colourful and tasteful colour combinations. A beautiful holiday home to feel good, relax and enjoy, particularly suitable for families or families of friends who want to spend their holidays in a rural, well-kept environment, close to the sea.

The semi-open-plan kitchen adjoins the living/dining room. The living room leads directly onto a covered terrace facing the sea. The bedroom and bathroom are adjacent to the living room. A ladder leads from the living room to the semi-open gallery, where 2 additional children or teenagers can sleep. From the gallery there is access to a large, covered terrace with direct access to the upper part of the garden. The 2nd bedroom with a small kitchenette and bathroom is located in the annexe with its own entrance.

The vine-covered terrace in front of the house entrance offers the best conditions for family evenings together.

The small harbour town of Aghios Andreas can be reached in a few minutes by car and offers a selection of tavernas. The fine sandy beach is ideal for swimming.
The nearby, picturesque town of Koroni, with its beautiful harbour, tavernas and cafés, offers a greater change from the peaceful surroundings of the Mariele holiday home. Further along the south-west coast of Messinia, the towns of Pylos and Methoni are particularly charming. In the coastal area between Aghios Andreas, Koroni and Pylos there are many unspoilt sandy beaches and bathing bays.
