It is on the 1st floor of an apartment block and has its own entrance door. The flat has 60m² with 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, kitchen, open-plan living/dining area and a large terrace.

Sufficient parking spaces are available directly in front of the house.
The flat is right next to the ski school's practice lift. The Gaisberg is also directly accessible from the flat, as is the toboggan run.
Snow chains are recommended in heavy snowfall!

Numerous hiking trails can be reached directly from the flat. You can also reach the Lisi-Osl-Track directly from the house.
