House Romantica is located approx. 1000 metres from the centre of Kirchberg in the direction of Aschau. The house has 6 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, living room, kitchen and a lounge with a large panoramic window overlooking the Tyrolean mountains.
A highlight is the house's own sauna, where you can relax after a busy day. The house also has a car park in the garage, and further parking spaces are available directly in front of the house.

A ski bus stop is just a 3-minute walk away. In good snow conditions it is possible to ski down to the house (away from the secured pistes).

In summer you can reach numerous hiking trails directly from the house, which lead directly into the Tyrolean mountains.

The terrace and garden invite you to enjoy pleasant evenings with a barbecue (available).
