The space:

The property is located in a residential building with old belly arms on the western outskirts of Berlin, it is suitable for two people.

The guest area is divided into a living area and a sleeping area with a 160x200 cm bed (queen size), the areas are not separated by a wall.

A cookware and mini-burning stove, as well as a small bathroom are provided.

Guests can use a terrace with two garden loungers during the stay.

A car can be parked for free in front of the property, the parking space has no fence around. Bicycles can be parked on the premises.

A workspace can be set up on request.

Location and activities:
The Berlin city center is reachable by public transport (bus + regional express/S-Bahn), you have to schedule some driving time.

The northern Potsdam city center is a 20-minute drive away.

A small swimming lake in the Brandenburg area can be reached in about 8 minutes by car in about 8 minutes and with bicycles in about 12 minutes.

By prior arrangement, it is possible to bring a pet.

At the moment, only German-speaking TV channels can be received.

Berlin (Spandau) ist eine Reise wert!

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Der Gastgeber hat immer gefragt, ob alles ok ist! Er hat bei der Vorbereitung des Hauses ein gutes Gefühl für Details gehabt. Es wäre schon besser mit dem Auto anzureisen, weil der Weg zur S und U-Bahn immer erst mit dem Bus zu erreichen ist. Ansonsten hat Spandau allein, schon sehr viele Sehenswürdigkeiten. Für das leibliche Wohl ist ebenfalls gesorgt. Das Plancha ist 2 Gehminuten entfernt. Auf alle Speisen gibt es momentan 50%. Wir können die Unterkunft mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen! sehr viele Sehenswürdigkeite
