The apartment features a practical entrance area with a wardrobe and shoe rack, as well as a ski corner with ski boot warmers. The living area is open-plan with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area for six people, and a cozy living room, complete with TV-SAT and WLAN. Two bedrooms each offer a double bed and a chest of drawers; additionally, there is a dressing room with a large wardrobe and an extra bed. A modern bathroom with shower/WC complements the living space.
A private terrace with garden furniture and a parasol invites you to relax outdoors, and for your sports equipment, there is a lockable storage room and parking space for two cars.

For winter sports enthusiasts, the chalet provides direct access to ski and cross-country ski trails (ski IN/OUT), while in summer, hiking, mountain tours, and mountain biking trails start right at the doorstep (sport IN/OUT). Within minutes, you can reach the Bikepark Brandnertal as well as several golf courses in the area.
