About this property

This modern and spacious chalet is located in the quiet residential area of Son Bauló, a suburb of Can Picafort. The house was completely renovated in autumn 2017. The elegant, private infinity pool is surrounded by a well-tended garden with mature trees. Sun loungers are available on the sun-drenched terrace by the pool. A small staircase leads to two further terraces: a covered shaded terrace with a dining table right next to the kitchen and a slightly lower oasis terrace surrounded by bushes. Behind the property is a small pine forest.
The chalet is spread over two floors: on the ground floor is the master bedroom with a double bed, rustic natural stone walls and vintage furniture as well as an en-suite bathroom. A further bathroom and an additional bedroom are also located on this level. A staircase leads to the upper floor, where there is a large living and dining room with a cosy sofa area, International satellite TV, internet access and air conditioning. There are also two further bedrooms here, each with two single beds, a modern bathroom with shower and a fully equipped, rustic kitchen with dishwasher. From the kitchen and dining room you can access the covered main terrace with another dining table. This terrace offers a view of the surrounding green landscape and the stylish pool area. On the street side there is an attractive balcony veranda.
The chalet is located in a quiet residential area, just 700 metres from the fine sandy beach. There is a supermarket on the way and another one is also within walking distance. The coast is lined with restaurants and Can Picafort is only about one and a half kilometres along the beach. This popular holiday resort offers a comprehensive infrastructure with pharmacies, doctors, large supermarkets, shops of all kinds and numerous water sports and evening entertainment options.

Hemos estado muy a gusto. Los propietarios son encantadores y han estado muy atentos en todo momento. Al llegar por la noche, nos habían dejado algo para comer en la nevera. Alojamiento excelente ubicación, urbanización muy tranquila en Can Picafort. Playa del Muro muy cercana, espectacular.

Schönes Haus zum Wohlfühlen

Wir haben eine tolle Woche in diesem schönen Haus verbracht. Alles ist fußläufig erreichbar, ein Auto ist nicht zwingend erforderlich. Zu erwähnen ist auch der gefüllte Kühlschrank und die sehr netten Vermieter. Alle Wünsche wurden erfüllt. Zudem hat uns die Aufteilung des Hauses, die Schlafzimmer sowie der schön angelegte Garten gut gefallen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr schönes Haus

Das Haus ist wirklich sehr schön, die Lage ist sehr ruhig, und man konnte bei offenem Fenster ohne Klimaanlage sehr gut schlafen. Wir waren zu viert, da hatte man überall viel Platz. In Corona-Zeiten ideal, um entspannt Urlaub zu machen. Für große Einkäufe braucht man ein Auto. Das einzig Schlechte sind die vielen Moskitos.

Tolles Haus und sehr, sehr nette Vermieter

Wir waren zu fünft (3 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder) in diesem tollen Ferienhaus. Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen und haben zur Begrüssung einen selber gebackenen Kuchen und einen grossen Presentkorb geschenkt bekommen. Auch der Kühlschrank war für uns bereits mit verschiedenen Esswaren und Getränke gefüllt. Des Weiteren wurden wir noch zu einer Paella eingeladen, welche Miguel für uns im Garten zubereitet hat. Diese war die beste Paella, welche wir je gegessen haben. Das Haus ist sehr schön und hat alles was man benötigt. Selbst ein Sonnenschirm für den Strand war vorhanden. In der Küche gab es allerlei Gewürze, Spülmittel, Geschirrmaschinentabs, usw. Wir können das Haus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Nochmals ganz lieben Dank an die Vermieter für die tolle Zeit in diesem Haus.

Fantastic hosts, beautiful home

We stayed at villa cas pedri for two weeks with 6 adults and 2 children. The hosts were fantastic and went out of their way to ensure we were welcome. We arrived to a full fridge, a homebaked cake and a wonderful selection of old beers and wine which after the long journey was very much appreciated. The house is beautiful and very well catered with all ameneties thought of. It is set over two floors which worked well for us. We had two couples on the lower floor with each having their own bathroom and the family of four were on the upper floor with the shared bathroom. Thw pool is a good size and ar 1M deep throughout, it was ideal for the kids. The villa is a short 7m walk down to a small beech with a small selection of shops and a couple od resturants and bars. For a more lively atmosphere it was a good 20/25 minute walk into can picafort, however this didnt bother us too much as we had hire cars. I would say hire cars are a good choice if staying at this property as it allowed us more freedom to explore. The hosts ensured our stay was perfect and kept in contact through out. Nothing was ever too much of a problem. 5* to the hosts. We all agreed we had a fantastic stay and wouldnt hesitate to stay here again.

Toller Urlaub für 4 Personen

Für 8 Personen sicherlich nur bedingt bis gar nicht geeignet. Zum einen wird es dann sehr kuschelig und zum anderen hatte ein Zimmer eine feuchte Wand, so dass dies sicherlich nicht bewohnbar ist. Für uns zu viert, war es klasse! Sehr, sehr freundliche Gastgeber und alles in allem eine sehr unkomplizierte Abwicklung.

Beautiful villa with very helpful and friendly owners. A real joy to stay here

The property has a very homely feel. The kitchen has every utensil you could want, the bedrooms are large and comfy. The bathrooms are modern and clean and the lounge is big enough for 7 adults to relax. The outside area is very nice with sections with shade if you need. I would recommend this villa to anyone.

Schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage

Wir waren Ende August für 10 Nächte mit 6 Personen im Casa Cas Padri. Es ist ein älteres Haus, allerdings neu renoviert mit sehr ansprechendem neuen Mobiliar. Vor allem die Betten sind neuwertig und haben einen sehr hohen Liegekomfort, was uns persönlich immer sehr wichtig ist. Es gibt eine schöne überdachte Terrasse mit hochwertiger Sitzgruppe und über eine Treppe gelangt man zum Poolbereich. Dieser ist sehr schön angelegt, in einem Garten mit alten Olivenbäumen und es gibt für jeden eine sehr bequeme Sonnenliege. Leider konnten wir uns im Poolbereich nicht dauerhaft aufhalten, da die Moskitos uns fast aufgefressen haben. Aber das Problem gab es wohl auf ganz Mallorca in diesem Jahr sehr massiv! Da kann man niemandem einen Vorwurf machen... Einen Punkt Abzug gäbe es bei uns nur wegen dem Klimagerät im oberen Stockwerk. Es gibt ein Klimagerät im Wohn-/Essbereich und man hat uns mehrmals zugesichert, dass es das komplette obere Stockwerk inklusiv Schlafräumen kühlen kann. Das war definitiv nicht der Fall, in den Schlafräumen ist leider nicht viel angekommen. Zum Glück waren die Nächte nicht mehr ganz so heiß! Es war zum Aushalten und man konnte ganz gut schlafen (es gab auch in jedem Schlafzimmer einen großen Standventilator)! Trotzdem geben wir dem Ferienhaus die volle Punktzahl, weil es eine Sache gibt, die wir in vielen Jahren Ferienhauserfahrung so noch nie erlebt haben! In den anderen Bewertungen wurde das auch schon angesprochen - die Gastfreundlichkeit der Hausbesitzer Juana und Miguel. Unglaublich... Kühlschrank bei Anreise voll, Obstkorb und Präsentkorb mit vielen Leckereien (auch extra für die Kinder) standen in der Küche bereit. Miguel bereitete uns eine super leckere Paella zu und wir verbrachten einen schönen Abend mit beiden gemeinsam. Juana brachte uns auch nach ein paar Tagen einen selbstgebackten Kuchen vorbei und am Abreisetag gab es für die Frauen noch selbst genähte Taschen als Abschiedsgeschenk! Über Whatsapp konnte man Miguel immer erreichen und wenn es ein Problem gab, wurde sofort Abhilfe geschaffen. Wir möchten uns nochmal bei Juana und Miguel für die liebevolle Betreuung in unserem Urlaub bedanken und wünschen Ihnen weiterhin alles Gute und viel Erfolg mit ihren beiden Ferienhäusern.

SCHÖNES HAUS MIT TOLLEN VERMIETERN

Ein sehr schönes spanisches Haus,was eben der spanische Standart her gibt. Nicht zu vergleichen mit Deutschland,aber das weiss man ja auch wenn man nach Spanien fliegt. Die Zimmer sehen auf den Fotos größer aus,genauso wie die Bäder. Aber es war vollkommen in Ordnung. Man ist ja in der Regel eh nur zum schlafen und Essen dort. Es ist ein Grill und Grillkohle vorhanden,was wir in den 10 tagen auch zweimal genutzt haben. ALS wir ankamen wurden wir herzlich von den Vermietern empfangen. Sie hatten uns den Kühlschrank mit Getränken und erster Versorgungs brot,wurst,käse usw gefüllt,einen Obstlorb und selbstgebackenem Kuchen sowie ein Präsentkorb mit allerlei köstlichkeiten war ebenfalls vorhanden. Echt toll. MIGUEL war stehts telefonisch zu erreichen und sah regelmässig nach Pool und Garten. Ein Abend kochte er und seine Frau Paella bei uns im Garten (ein Traum) und wir verbrachten den abend zusammen.

Härligt boende i ett pittoreskt Son Baulo

Vistelsen överträffade våra förväntningar och huset var stort nog för våra två familjer. Fint, stort pool område med underbar pool. Ägarna var väldigt gästvänliga och mötte oss med fyllt kylskåp och bjöd oss på hemlagad paella. Det enda vi har att anmärka på var att sovrummen på övervåningen var något varma då AC:n inte nådde ända dit. Husets läge var bra med promenadavstånd till restauranger, små butiker och stranden. Till närmaste Marcedona var det dock en bit att gå ca 20 min. Huset var mycket fräscht, nytt och väl omhändertaget. Vi hade gärna återkommit.

Super fin villa

En villa der ligger dejligt fredeligt med kun ca 700 m til stranden. Villaen er suveræn til den store familie med tilhørende pool - som er FANTASTISK :-) Køkkenet kunne godt være lidt bedre udstyrret men det fungere. Det er spanske værtspar er utroligt flinke og hjælpsomme. Kan stærkt anbefales.

Tolles Haus in toller Lage

Uns hat es außergewöhnlich gut gefallen. Die Lage ist ruhig u es ist alles da was man zum Leben braucht. Supermärkte sind mit dem Auto in 3 min zu erreichen. Auch zur Promenade kann man fussläufig gelangen. Eine Alarmanlage sichert das gesamte Haus. Auf der Terasse ist man völlig ungestört u kann hier den Abend toll ausklingen lassen. Die Gastgeber sind an Gastfreundlichkeit nicht zu überteffen. Der Kühlschrank war voll als wir kamen, Kuchen gebacken u ein Präsentkorb da. Miguel hat für uns in der zweiten Woche Paella gekocht u wir hatten einen tollen Abend mit ihm u Juana. Miguel kommt auch alle paar Tage um den Pool zu reinigen u den Garten zu wässern. Sie waren für alle Fragen immer ansprechbar für uns u sonst über Handy erreichbar. Einen Punkt Abzug gibt es von uns nur, da es in den Zimmern wenig Platz (keine Kleiderschränke) für die Kleidung gibt, sondern nur jeweils eine Kommode. Und weil die Schlafzimmer auf den Bildern größer wirken als sie sind. Wir würden aber wieder kommen, da es uns sonst gut gefallen hat.
