From the kitchen and dining room you can access the covered main terrace with another dining table. This terrace offers a view of the surrounding green landscape and the stylish pool area. On the street side there is an attractive balcony veranda.
The chalet is located in a quiet residential area, just 700 metres from the fine sandy beach. There is a supermarket on the way and another one is also within walking distance. The coast is lined with restaurants and Can Picafort is only about one and a half kilometres along the beach.
