Wohnung schön, Kontakt mit Agentur nervig

Die wohnung ist sehr schön und sauber und von der Lage nicht zu schlagen. Leider hat sie kein WLAN, was meiner Meinung heute zur standardausrüstung gehört und dann explizit in der Anzeige erwähnt werden sollte. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter/der Agentur war mangelhaft, auf Nachrichten über FeWo wurde gar nicht geantwortet und man musste wegen allem hinterher telefonieren. Die Check in Information haben ich erst nach Anruf bei der Agentur erhalten, als ich schon vor der Unterkunft stand. Die Rechnung wurde mehrfach mit falschen Betrag ausgestellt und musste 5x korrigiert werden. Leider war der Stellplatz einmal von einem fremden Auto belegt, dort hat die Agentur schnell reagiert und nett geholfen. Die versprochene Erstattung des Parktickets, ist aber bisher noch nicht bei mir angekommen. Schade, dass die eigentlich gute Erfahrung der Wohnung so negativ von der Kommunikation beeinflusst wurde.
