Die Wohnung wird als Neubau beworben. Für einen Neubau weisst Sie allerdings schon einige Mängel ..
Die Wohnung wird als Neubau beworben. Für einen Neubau weisst Sie allerdings schon einige Mängel auf. Fast in jedem Zimmer ( besonders im Schlafzimmer ) Setzrisse in der Wand/Decke. Im Bad an einigen Fliesen. Duschwand an einer Stelle undicht, so dass Wasser auf die Bodenfliesen läuft. Dadurch löst sich an dieser Seite bereits die Zarge der Badtür. Man kann damit leben, aber der absolute Wohlfühlcharakter kommt durch diese Mängel leider nicht auf. Ausserdem müsste, um die Privatsphäre zu wahren, der Rollo am Badefenster, wie bereits in der Ferienvermietung angesprochen, repariert werden, da Fenster des Nachbarhauses genau gegenüber.
