This comfortable apartment is located in the centre of Kolobrzeg, in a building on Ratuszowa Street. The location of the facility in the very centre of this unique health resort is a great asset. The distance to the sea and the beautiful sandy beach can be covered by a walk in about 15 minutes. It is also worth seeing the famous Lighthouse, which is located nearby. The property offers privacy and the possibility to go for walks in the nearby square of Kołobrzeg's Pioneers or in Stefan Żeromski Park (900 m). Popular attractions to visit while in Kołobrzeg are: Oceanarium (550 m), the Museum of Wax Figures (1.3 km) or the pier (1.5 m). A few minutes' walk will take you to the Wyspa Solna (Salt Island), where there are many interesting places, such as the Marina Solna - a sailing marina, the Kołobrzeg Maritime Heritage Park (a Cold War-era submarine patrol ship with an exhibition in the engine room and the possibility to visit the deck) or the Piracy Museum. The surrounding area of the facility is well developed, so you can find everything you need during your stay in the neighbourhood. There are also numerous retail and service outlets and atmospheric restaurants nearby. The apartment is located on the 4th floor of the building, which does not have a lift.
