Holiday Home 'Gîte Le Moutat-Le Châlet' with Private Terrace

On the border of the Dordogne and Charente departments, our air-conditioned chalet, set in lush grounds, offers a panoramic view over the entire Dronne Valley. Ideal for a couple, this cosy chalet will allow you to recharge your batteries and enjoy peace and quiet. It is close to the mysterious Double forest, ideal for hiking and fishing. It is also on the route of the Romanesque domed churches of the Ribéracois.
To prolong your relaxation at the Chalet, you can take advantage of the spa (extra charge). Just 500m from the gîte, the landscaped island is perfect for picnics or lounging on the banks of the Dronne.

This air-conditioned chalet comprises a lounge/dining room opening onto the kitchen, a bedroom with a 140x190 bed, a shower room with walk-in shower and separate WC. Please note that bed linen and towels are included.
Outside, you can enjoy the 6.5 m covered terrace with garden furniture, overlooking the Dronne valley. A cot is available on request. Wi-Fi internet connection shared with the other rental properties. Table tennis, table football, boules pitch and spa (fee payable) shared with the other Gîtes. Private garage.
