In summer, the house is an ideal starting point for activities in the well-known Area 47 leisure park or other options such as rafting, canyoning and climbing. With 3 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, you can enjoy plenty of privacy and enjoy delicious meals in the cosy open kitchen with wood-burning stove
Whether you want to take a leisurely hike with the whole family or go on high alpine tours, the Ötztal offers hundreds of options with 12 summer mountain lifts and over 100 huts and mountain pastures. There are guided hiking programmes or perhaps your own mountain guide to help you conquer one of the many three-thousand metre peaks.
Sölden and Obergurgl/Hochgurgl offer guaranteed snow for all skiing activities from autumn to spring
