In the far north, this floating holiday home is moored at the jetty in the Baltic Sea resort of Olpenitz on the Baltic Sea fjord Schlei and the Baltic Sea. The special thing about Haus Aloha is its location at the very end of the jetty, because only here can you enjoy an unobstructed view of the sea, the sailing and sports boat harbour and the harbour entrance all around.

Floor-to-ceiling panoramic window fronts provide a view of the breathtaking backdrop of the Baltic Sea. The roof terrace offers spectacular 360-degree views of the Schlei Baltic Sea fjord, passing sailing ships, the Baltic Sea and the harbour cinema in the sailing and sports boat harbour at OstseeResort Olpenitz. The Baltic Sea is just a swimming ladder away and the white sandy beach is within walking distance.

Underfloor heating and a sauna provide cosy comfort even on cold Nordic days, as the wellness programme on board is of course a must. In addition to the harbour cinema, the fibre-optic connection with fast Internet and WLAN throughout the house ensures the best entertainment. The Telekom MagentaTV Plus package offers the largest selection of TV channels in the best picture quality on the large 50-inch UHD TV with sound system, including Netflix, YouTube & Co. Your favourite music on your own devices can be played via Bluetooth on the sound box in the living/dining area.

The floating house extends over three levels. On the upper floor is the open-plan living and dining area with an all-round view of the Schlei, a fully equipped eat-in kitchen and adjoining terrace with high-quality garden furniture and a Weber electric barbecue for enjoying together. A staircase leads up to the spectacular roof terrace with beach chair and cosy lounge, both with wind, sun and privacy protection, ensuring maximum privacy thanks to the jetty end position. A large storage box keeps additional deckchairs, cushions and blankets within easy reach.

The relaxation area of the house is located on the ground floor with two comfortable bedrooms, bathroom and sauna. The master bedroom not only boasts a floor-to-ceiling panoramic window front through which the water spectacle can be enjoyed, but also offers an adjoining wrap-around terrace. Early risers can watch fantastic sunrises from here and start their day on holiday in a relaxed manner. Two additional beds are available on the comfortable sofa bed in the living room.

The insect screens on the windows provide additional comfort.

Of course, you can also enjoy the view of the sea and passing swans while taking a sauna or brushing your teeth.

If you are travelling with your boat, this is the right place for you. There is a private mooring with shore power and water right next to the house.

Two private car parking spaces are located directly at the jetty.

Any construction work at the resort will not affect your holiday enjoyment, which is why additional discounts are excluded.
