This modern holiday apartment is in an exceptional location on a narrow headland between the protected landscape of the Baltic Sea fjord Schlei and the sailing and sports boat harbour of OstseeResort Olpenitz. The all-round waterfront location, the unobstructed view of the Schlei, two terraces and a private wellness area characterise this holiday apartment.
The holiday apartment is spread over three levels. You enter the light-flooded ground floor in the living area. Thanks to the floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows, you can enjoy a fantastic water view of the marina. The large terrace with high-quality garden furniture invites you to relax and enjoy the view of the waves and the passing sailing boats. Whether you're enjoying a convivial barbecue or relaxing with a book, the breathtaking scenery directly in front of the house will make your holiday heart beat faster.
The living/dining area is very cosy: on the comfortable seating area or at the large dining table, the crackling open fire and the underfloor heating throughout the property ensure cosiness at any time of year.
The kitchen is fully equipped and offers complete holiday comfort.
The relaxation area is located on the first floor: here, two bedrooms offer plenty of space to recharge your batteries. One of the double beds can be pushed apart to create two single beds.
Also on this level is a full bathroom with shower and relaxing whirlpool bath for a private wellness programme. A guest WC on the ground floor provides additional comfort.
On the second level is the studio, where you can relax on a comfortable sofa bed (1.40 x 2.00 m). Access to the second terrace is also located here.
Even if you can't leave work at home, the holiday apartment with high-speed Internet and mobile workstation is perfect for moving your home office to the sea.
A car parking space is available directly in front of the house. Bicycles can be stored in your own bicycle shed right outside the front door.
Our favourite spot: watching the setting sun on the roof terrace.

Due to the houses under construction, the outdoor area and the building density can change constantly and deviate from the photos shown. The rental price is already calculated on the basis of this construction situation, further discounts are excluded.
