Welcome to the Filou holiday paradise! This unique accommodation on the first floor combines industrial chic with maritime flair and promises an unforgettable stay, characterised by comfort, cosiness and a touch of luxury for young and old, especially for your four-legged companions, as Filou, after whom this holiday apartment was named, also finds.

Just a few minutes' walk away is the large Weidefelder sandy beach with a restaurant, kiosk and beach chairs. Whether sunbathing, playing in the sand, refreshing dips in the sea or long walks along the coast, unforgettable holiday moments for the whole family are guaranteed here. The harbour promenade at OstseeResort Olpenitz invites you to take a stroll with its growing range of activities, while the sailing and sports boat harbour provides a fascinating harbour cinema.

Upon entering the apartment, a hallway opens up, leading the way into the spacious, open-plan living/dining area with adjoining kitchen. An inviting seating area awaits you here, which literally invites you to relax, while the Smart TV provides the best entertainment. The fireplace gives the room a rustic atmosphere, ideal for cosy evenings. A large dining table not only offers plenty of space for shared meals, but also becomes the centrepiece of cheerful get-togethers.

The kitchen is of the highest standard, fully equipped and ready for culinary adventures. From this area, you can access the spacious balcony, where a beach chair and barbecue await you next to the balcony table. Here you can enjoy the fresh air in the open air and savour your holiday to the full. You can access a second covered balcony via the hallway.

The accommodation has two bedrooms, each lovingly decorated. One bedroom has a cosy double bed and a desk so that you can plan a workation, while the other is furnished with two single beds. You will also find a Smart TV in both rooms so you can indulge in your favourite programmes. The wellness bathroom impresses with a floor-level shower and an infrared sauna - a place to relax and unwind after an eventful day.

For those who like to be active, the accommodation offers a bike shed to explore the surrounding area on two wheels. There are also two private car parks including an electric charging station directly in front of the house. Underfloor heating provides cosy warmth throughout the accommodation, and what's special is that dogs are expressly welcome! Because at Filou, your furry friends are also welcome to join you on this special holiday.
