This charming holiday house dates back to the year 1700. It was renovated in 2013 and now offers its guests modern comfort within old walls. It is in the centre of the little medieval village of Mireval, on a quiet street.

The three-storey house provides 60m² of living space and is suitable for a couple with two children or for three adults. It has a bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200cm) and a second bedroom with a bunk bed (90 x 200cm). The bathroom provides a shower and a toilet. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, microwave, fridge, coffee machine and toaster. The dining space is in front of the kitchen. The spacious living room has a comfortable corner sofa with a TV. Each room has air conditioning and heating.

In front of the living room there is a narrow, unfurnished balcony. It is easy to park in the neighbouring streets. The owner is happy to provide advice and information about trips and hikes.

Owing to the location in the town centre, all shops such as a grocery shop, bakery, butcher and pharmacy, as well as restaurants, are in the immediate vicinity. It is five kilometres to the nearest beach. It is just 15km to Sète and to Montpellier.
