The Strandnest holiday home is located on a narrow spit of land right next to the marina of the Baltic Sea resort of Olpenitz. Wellness, relaxation and bathing fun, on three terraces you can unwind and enjoy a break from everyday life.

Individual lifestyle at the highest level. The living and dining area on the ground floor is flooded with light. With floor-to-ceiling windows, it impresses with a panoramic view over the adjoining terrace and the sailing and sports boat harbour of OstseeResort Olpenitz. Here you can enjoy the harbour cinema and sunshine while having breakfast together. The kitchen is also open-plan and boasts phenomenal facilities and a view of the water.

The entire house is equipped with underfloor heating. Finnish sauna, whirlpool bath and the Telekom home entertainment programme promise comfort at any time of year.

There are two bedrooms on the second living level. The master bedroom is furnished with a double bed and faces the marina. Fall asleep and wake up with a view of the water. While enjoying a morning coffee on the adjoining terrace, you can watch passing sailing ships as the Baltic Sea resort comes to life. The second bedroom offers a view of the marina and also has a double bed. Both bedrooms are also equipped with flatscreen TVs.

The bathroom with a view of the Schlei is also located on this level. A Finnish sauna with a view of the water and a whirlpool bath will make your spa heart beat faster.

The highlight of this holiday home is the roof terrace with all-round water views. Here you are guaranteed phenomenal views of the canal or harbour cinema with all-day sunshine.

A shower room on the ground floor provides additional comfort.

There is a parking space and a bicycle shed directly in front of the house.

The Strandnest holiday home is one half of the house.

Please note that the OstseeResort Olpenitz is still under construction due to high demand. Nevertheless, the properties already meet a 5-star standard and offer you a first-class stay. Any construction work at the resort will not affect your holiday enjoyment, which is why additional discounts are excluded.

Please note that: Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate in 2024; guests must rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 22.50 per person. Consumption costs are not included in the room rate and will be charged according to guest use within three weeks after check-out. Up to three pets are allowed.
