The holiday apartment Fiete impresses with its fantastic location directly on the idyllic banks of the Schlei and an unobstructed view of the water from the entire living and dining area. You can enjoy the Baltic Sea breeze and sunshine on two terraces. Underfloor heating, sauna and whirlpool bath ensure cosiness in the darker months of the year. Furnished to a high standard and stylishly furnished, this holiday apartment also offers special comfort: it is completely at ground level and has a large bathroom.



Flooded with light and facing the Schlei, the living and dining area forms the centre of the holiday apartment with floor-to-ceiling windows and adjoining terrace with evening sun. From here you can watch the Schlei drifting by, sailing ships passing by and the idyllic nature of the Schlei shore. Whether you're enjoying a barbecue on the terrace or a book and wine on the sofa, the breathtaking backdrop is like a picture-book panorama. In addition to a comfortable seating area, a large dining table offers space for up to 7 people for sociable evenings and relaxing hours, whether as a couple or as a large family. Meanwhile, entertainment is provided by the 55-inch TV with modern flat screen and a state-of-the-art WLAN-based home sound system.



The open-plan, fully equipped kitchen allows for complete holiday comfort: a large fridge and freezer provide space for holiday shopping. The master bedroom has a double bed for two people. In the second bedroom, there is space for three people to sleep and dream on a clever family bed concept (sleeping area above: 90 cm x 200 cm, sleeping area below: 140 cm x 200 cm). Both bedrooms offer access to the second terrace with all-day sun.



Two further sleeping places are available on the comfortable sofa bed in the living/dining area.



The spacious bathroom has a chic whirlpool bath with a door for easy access. A grab rail in the shower area provides additional comfort. The built-in warm infrared sauna also promises moments of wellness. The bathroom also offers various storage options.



Refreshingly pure, clean and relaxed, the Fiete holiday apartment impresses with its Scandinavian design, which is finely coordinated with subtle colours and modern, simple elegance and is equally suitable for couples and families.



The green area around the house invites you to play and sunbathe.



The Fiete holiday apartment is located on the ground floor. There is a private car parking space directly in front of the house. And if you are travelling with bicycles, you can park them conveniently in your own bicycle shed right in front of the house.

Please note that the OstseeResort Olpenitz is still under construction due to high demand. Nevertheless, the properties already meet a 5-star standard and offer you a first-class stay. Any construction work at the resort will not affect your holiday enjoyment, which is why additional discounts are excluded.
