The HanseKogge is a child-friendly, detached, two-storey holiday home located directly on the water and offers a fantastic view of the marina of the Baltic Sea resort of Olpenitz and the floating houses.

The Weidefeld sandy beach, the mini-golf course with maritime motifs from the surrounding area and the harbour promenade with its growing range of small, very special shops are all nearby. Surrounded by a green area with a large terrace, the HanseKogge is a little holiday paradise.

High-quality and elegantly furnished, with a little maritime touch, you can feel at ease and relax from the very first moment. Light, warm tones and the wood-burning stove ensure peace and cosiness. The open-plan, spacious and light-flooded living and dining area with its floor-to-ceiling windows and access to the terrace lets you quickly forget everyday life and helps you slow down. In the living area, the large L-shaped sofa invites you to laze around, watch TV and do nothing, and can be transformed into a comfortable double bed in just a few simple steps. It almost goes without saying that the modern kitchen is also well-equipped and preparing meals here is a fun communal experience. Enjoying a meal on the terrace in the stylish outdoor furniture, all against the backdrop of the marina, there's nothing like the sea.
An elegant and wide staircase leads to the first floor, the relaxation area of the house. You can choose between a bedroom with a double bed, TV and water view and a bedroom with two single beds. Whichever you choose, a good night's sleep is guaranteed.
The highlight is the bathroom with a walk-in shower, whirlpool bath and infrared cabin. An oasis of well-being that provides relaxation at any time of year, and there is also a guest WC with shower on the ground floor.

And two car parking spaces and a bicycle shed are waiting to be used in front of the house.

Please note that the OstseeResort Olpenitz is still under construction due to high demand. Nevertheless, the properties already meet a 5-star standard and offer you a first-class stay. Any construction work at the resort will not affect your holiday enjoyment, which is why additional discounts are excluded.

Consumption costs are not included in the room rate and will be charged according to guest use within three weeks after check-out.
