This very special holiday apartment is situated in a unique location on a narrow strip of land between the sailing and sports boat harbour of OstseeResort Olpenitz and the Baltic Sea. Surrounded by water, this gem boasts a direct harbour view from the entire living/dining area, south-facing orientation, a spacious sun terrace as well as a Finnish sauna and wood-burning stove. The white sandy beach of OstseeResort Olpenitz is just a few metres away.

The apartment's living/dining area is flooded with light. Living right by the sea. The large window front offers fantastic views of the harbour entrance and the sailing and sports boat harbour of OstseeResort Olpenitz. Whether it's a sociable games evening at the large dining table, relaxing on the seating area in front of the wood-burning stove or enjoying a holiday meal together on the terrace with a fantastic view, unforgettable holiday moments are guaranteed on these holidays. Even from the fully equipped kitchen, you can watch the passing sailing ships and the hustle and bustle of the harbour.

The terrace invites you to sunbathe, has a windbreak and offers exciting harbour cinema. Let your gaze wander into the distance, across the Weidefeld sandy beach to the wide Baltic Sea and the white sails on the horizon - that's a holiday.

The main bathroom has a floor-level shower and a Finnish sauna. A further shower room with a walk-in shower provides additional comfort.
All three bedrooms can be completely darkened and have high-quality box-spring beds and a flatscreen TV.

The holiday apartment is furnished with a modern, maritime flair. Natural materials against a breathtaking Baltic Sea backdrop ensure a very special feel-good factor, while blue accents give the interior a personalised touch.

In front of the house there is a car parking space and a separate bicycle shed where e-bikes can be charged. A charging point is available for cars.

The holiday apartment is located on the 1st floor and can be reached via a staircase.

Our favourite spot: After a sauna session, relax on the sun lounger on the terrace with a gentle Baltic Sea breeze, the sound of water and seagulls singing!

Please note that the OstseeResort Olpenitz is still under construction due to high demand. Nevertheless, the properties already meet a 5-star standard and offer you a first-class stay. Any construction work at the resort will not affect your holiday enjoyment, which is why additional discounts are excluded.

Please note that: Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate in 2024; guests must rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 22.50 per person. Consumption costs are not included in the room rate and will be charged according to guest use within three weeks after check-out.
