An open-plan living area on the ground floor forms the centre of the house. The direct sea view can be enjoyed here both when dining together and from the living room during a cosy evening by the fireplace.

In addition to sunbathing, the terrace provides an additional maritime ambience, as the harbour cinema is guaranteed with sailing and sports boats passing by. The private garden invites you to linger and play.

The kitchen is equipped to a high standard and leaves nothing to be desired. Both a Nespresso and a Senseo pod machine are available and provide the first coffee in the morning.

The relaxation area of the holiday home is located on the first floor with an impressive view over the vast sea. A box-spring bed is available in the master bedroom to make your holiday particularly relaxing. In the second bedroom, two single beds offer restful nights. A baby cot is also available for younger guests.

The holiday home on the Baltic Sea offers the luxury of two bathrooms, one on each living level. The sauna and whirlpool with a view of the water on the first floor promise pure wellness.

The furnishing style corresponds to the exclusive location of the holiday home. Clear colours and shapes as well as the use of natural materials promise tranquillity and retreat, while individual colour accents provide refreshing lightness.

Two car parking spaces, a wallbox for electric vehicles (11kW) and a separate bicycle shed in front of the house provide additional comfort. Charging facilities for e-bikes are also available.

Please note that OstseeResort Olpenitz is still under construction due to high demand. Nevertheless, the properties already meet a 5-star standard and offer you a first-class stay. Any construction work at the resort will not affect your holiday enjoyment, which is why additional discounts are excluded.
