The Silbermöwe is very family-friendly: the white sandy beach of the OstseeResort Olpenitz and the Weidefelder sandy beach are within walking distance. An adventure playground is also within walking distance. The green area around the house invites you to play and linger, while children's equipment including a baby bathtub, baby cot, baby seat and children's crockery ensures maximum comfort and entertainment during your stay. Stair gates both upstairs and downstairs and secure sockets ensure safety.

Floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows provide a view of the beautiful water scenery. Each level of the holiday home has a terrace with a view of the Schlei and high-quality furnishings. Whether you're enjoying a cosy barbecue or a romantic candlelit dinner, the sunsets are breathtaking. The highlight: the large 360° roof terrace with all-day sun and views.

And if you're looking for a wellness holiday, you'll find it here, with a Finnish sauna and relaxing whirlpool tub for relaxation after a long walk on the beach.

The kitchen leaves nothing to be desired, fully equipped for complete holiday comfort.

The whole house is equipped with underfloor heating. Finnish sauna, whirlpool bath and wood-burning stove promise comfort at any time of the year and make this holiday home really cosy, even on cold Nordic days.

The relaxation area of the holiday home is located on the first floor. Guests can fall asleep and wake up with a view of the water in two bedrooms. The master bedroom faces the Schlei and is furnished with a double bed. While enjoying a morning coffee on the adjoining terrace, you can watch the spectacle of nature as ducks, swans and wild geese wake up. The second bedroom offers a view of the sailing and sports boat harbour of OstseeResort Olpenitz and has two single beds that can be flexibly pushed together.

The fully equipped bathroom with a view of the water is also on this level.

A guest WC on the ground floor provides additional comfort.

There are two car parking spaces directly in front of the house as well as a private bicycle shed.

Please note that the OstseeResort Olpenitz is still under construction due to high demand. Nevertheless, the properties already meet a 5-star standard and offer you a first-class holiday. Any construction work at the resort will not affect your holiday enjoyment, which is why additional discounts are excluded.
