Located on a narrow headland between the Baltic Sea fjord Schlei and the sailing and sports boat harbour of the OstseeResort Olpenitz, this ground-floor holiday apartment boasts a fantastic view of the harbour basin and all-day sun on the south-facing terrace. The white sandy beach of the Baltic Sea resort is just a few minutes' walk away. The green area around the house invites you to sunbathe, play and linger.

The interior of this modern holiday apartment is cosy, inviting and maritime. Arrive and feel at home guaranteed! Fantastic views open up from the living area and the adjoining terrace overlooking the marina. Floor-to-ceiling windows provide a great view of passing boats. The fully equipped eat-in kitchen adjoining the living area leaves nothing to be desired. Delicious meals can be conjured up here. A separate freezer also allows for quick meals. A Nespresso machine and a filter coffee machine are also available. Feasting right by the waterPure holiday feeling.
The two bedrooms have a double bed and two single beds. In the living room there are two more very comfortable sleeping places on a high-quality sofa bed.
Wellness lovers will get their money's worthAn infrared sauna (heat cabin) with hi-fi sound system and LED colour light therapy as well as a whirlpool bathtub invite you to relax after a walk on the beach. Underfloor heating, whirlpool bath and sauna promise comfort at any time of year.
There is a private car park and a bicycle stand in front of the house.
The holiday apartment is on the ground floor and also welcomes dogs.

Please note that the OstseeResort Olpenitz is still under construction due to high demand. Nevertheless, the properties already meet a 5-star standard and offer you a first-class stay. Any construction work at the resort will not affect your holiday enjoyment, which is why additional discounts are excluded.

Please note that: Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate in 2024; guests must rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 22.50 per person. Consumption costs are not included in the room rate and will be charged according to guest use within three weeks after check-out. Up to three pets are allowed.
