The charm of an old farmer's family home, surrounded by nature. Relaxing, listening to the birds and smelling the fresh vegetation and flowers of the countryside brings you back to other experiences and a greater connection with the land. You'll be welcomed with the charm of country simplicity, in a village where you can get vegetables, fruit and honey straight from the producers. All this with Urbe just around the corner, as well as the sea, which you can see in the background from the windows of the house.
The space
Casa S. Martinho has close access to the A1 and A28 highways, which quickly take you to cities like Aveiro and Porto. Nearby, the Ria de Aveiro, where birdwatching and walks in the dunes are a delight. Bioria, the Fermelã trail in Canelas Estarreja, and the sea. In the mountains, Freita, Passadiços do Paiva, Arouca, delight visitors.
