The Danish by Nature beach villa is a modern beach house in a westerly location and impresses with its immediate proximity to the white sandy beach of OstseeResort Olpenitz. Please note that the beach is at the rear of the house and the view from this accommodation unit is in the opposite direction. Three sun terraces and a fantastic view of the sailing and sports boat harbour and the Schlei make your Baltic Sea holiday unforgettable. Direct access to the beach is at the rear of the house



Equipped with a sauna, whirlpool bathtub and wood-burning stove, the Danish by Nature beach villa promises wellness and relaxation at any time of year. Indoor entertainment is also provided for on those Nordic days with 4 televisions offering home cinema.



The furnishings of this holiday home impress with a combination of American influences and modern Scandinavian design. The maritime ambience is created on the upper floors by passing sailing ships, seagulls flying around and the white sandy beach right outside the door. No, this is not Florida.



The living/dining area of the holiday home is flooded with light. Through the floor-to-ceiling window front, the view falls onto the adjoining

south-west facing terrace. Here you can spend cosy barbecue evenings or romantic candlelight dinners.



The individually designed and fully equipped eat-in kitchen leaves nothing to be desired and allows for delicious holiday meals.



The holiday home has two cosy bedrooms on the first floor. The master bedroom is dreamlike in the truest sense of the word, as you can wake up and fall asleep here with a wonderful view over the Schlei and the marina as well as your own sunny balcony.



Step out onto the terrace with a coffee in your dressing gown, watch the boats, the waves and the hustle and bustle of the harbour - what more could you want? Both bedrooms are equipped with flatscreen TVs.



A large bathroom with a corner whirlpool bathtub for two also provides wellness moments on this level.



You can linger over things in the studio on the second floor, an additional living area with phenomenal views: The beach and the vast Baltic Sea on one side, the harbour and the Schlei on the other. The surrounding roof terrace invites you to sunbathe and enjoy romantic sunsets. Whether with a book and wine, an exciting film or romantically in front of the crackling fire in the fireplace, the studio is the highlight of the Strandvilla, because it's the perfect place to unwind.



The in-house large Finnish sauna is also available on this level for a soothing spa programme. The adjoining shower provides the necessary cooling.



A guest WC on the ground floor offers additional comfort.



Out of the front door and onto the beach: the direct beach access is located at the rear of the house and makes the holiday experience perfect.



There is a car parking space directly in front of the house.



The Danish by Nature holiday home is a residential unit.



Our favourite spot: Put your feet up on the roof terrace in front of the studio with a book in your hand and enjoy the sunset with a view of the harbour, beach and Baltic Sea.



Please note that the OstseeResort Olpenitz is still under construction due to high demand. Nevertheless, the properties already meet a 5-star standard and offer you a first-class stay. Any construction work at the resort will not affect your holiday enjoyment, which is why additional discounts are excluded.



Please note that: Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate in 2025; guests must rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 22.50 per person. Consumption costs are not included in the room rate and will be charged according to guest use within three weeks after check-out. Up to three pets are allowed.

De beschrijving van dit huis klopt niet
Wij hebben ons laten leiden door de tekst en foto's van het huis. De indruk werd gewekt dat het huis aan het strand ligt. Dit is niet zo bij dit huisnummer, het zit aan de achterkant. Het uitzicht was parkeerplaatsen, appartementen en heel veel bouwwerkzaamheden. We hebben heel keurig een ander huis mogen uitkiezen ter plekke.

Super Ferienhaus, aber ...
... die Lage ist nicht wirklich gut. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr schön (nach unserem Geschmack) eingerichtet und gehört zum gehobenen Standard. In dem Haus fehlt es an nichts. Es ist sehr sauber und man findet alles, was man in einem Haus/einer Wohnung so braucht. Die Region um Kappeln und Eckernförde sowie an der Schlei und an der Ostsee ist wunderschön. Was uns den Urlaub allerdings sehr vermiest hat, war die Lage des Hauses! Das Außenfoto mit Treppe und Strand in der Werbung zeigt nicht das Ferienhaus! Es sind Doppelhäuser und dieses Haus hat die Terrassenaussicht direkt auf die erwähnte Baustelle und die ist noch sehr (!!) aktiv! Man sieht und hört Baumaschinen, Baufahrzeuge, viel Baumaterial usw. – ein "natürlicher" Wecker ab 7.15 Uhr. Das Wasser (Schlei u. Ostsee) kann man nur ein wenig sehen, wenn man zwischen die anderen Häuser durchschaut. Die Straße zum Eingang des Feriendorfes (Agenturgebäude, EDEKA usw.) ist ca. 2 km entfernt und zu Fuß sehr unangenehm, da es keinen Fußweg gibt. Autos, Baufahrzeuge, Fahrräder und Fußgänger müssen sich diese schmale Straße teilen und der Verkehr ist sehr intensiv. Was man sich dabei gedacht hat, ist mir ein Rätsel. Der neue EDEKA-Markt ist sehr schön und man bekommt alles, was man braucht. Der EDEKA-Bäcker ist schon super, aber das Bistro ist noch besser! Die Fischbrötchen sind einsame Spitze und das warme Essen ist wie in einem sehr guten Restaurant. Wer allerdings ein richtiges Restaurant sucht, muss das Resort verlassen. Die Bebauung dieses riesigen Geländes soll 2022 beendet sein. Dort stehen jetzt schon wunderschöne Ferienhäuser und wenn alles fertig ist, wird dort ein sehr schönes Feriendorf direkt an der Ostsee und an der Schlei entstanden sein. Restaurant und Geschäfte sind auch in Planung.
