Dear guests, our detached house is located in a traffic-calmed zone in the
district of Langensteinbach in the municipality of Karlsbad. A small outdoor seating area in the
entrance area is reserved exclusively for our guests. You can set off directly from
start hiking and cycling tours directly from the holiday flat.
You will find extensive shopping facilities in the village. The Bürgerpark Karlsbad
(opening at the end of 2024/beginning of 2025, sports equipment, boules court, open-air cinema,
catering) and the heated outdoor pool are just a short walk away.
Ettlingen with its historic old town and the Siebentäler spa town of Bad Herrenalb
are absolute highlights in our region. For day trips, the Northern
Black Forest offers a wide range of activities. There is so much to discover!
