The location is perfect for both winter and summer enthusiasts. You will find no fewer than 8 ski resorts within 30 minutes' travel from the residence, including the snow-sure glacier on the Kitzsteinhorn, 3 kilometres from the house.

In summer, you will find a swimming pool no more than 5 minutes away by car and the Tauern Radweg also starts in Piesendorf. Kaprun and Zell am See can be reached quickly and easily by bike. Furthermore, you will take the most beautiful walks in the surrounding mountains. Many opportunities are available for golfing, hiking, swimming or cycling. In short, the ideal exclusive location, all in atmosphere, to enjoy a well-deserved holiday!"
