The flat is located in the prestigious Sea&Lake apartment complex, offering not only luxury and comfort, but also the unique experience of being close to nature and the sea. Just a few steps from the building is the picturesque Unieście Beach, where you can enjoy incredible views of the sea stretching to the horizon. Sports and recreation enthusiasts will be pleased to know that only 250 metres from the building there is an entrance to a picturesque bicycle path, which can take you around the entire Jamno Lake or comfortably reach the centre of Mielno. The apartment building has a private quay, which is located at the charming pier, where you can easily moor your jet ski, motorboat, yacht or boat. For the convenience of guests 2 kilometres away, there is a slip for easy launching of watercraft. The surrounding area abounds with numerous fish fryers, which are a real attraction for lovers of fresh, local specialities. The flat consists of two independent rooms with kitchenette and bathrooms with shower, which will be ideal for a holiday stay for two families or a group of friends. The space of the flat offers two modern living rooms with kitchenette and a bathroom with shower. The cosy interiors allow you to feel the homely atmosphere, while tastefully chosen accessories set the holiday mood. Each room has been furnished with a comfortable double bed and a cosy sofa bed with a sleeping function, which invites you to rest and relax after a day of sightseeing, enjoying a moment of peace. The living room leads out onto a charming balcony, where garden furniture invites you to relax outdoors, where guests can enjoy a coffee, prepared in the available coffee machine. The kitchenette, equipped with high quality appliances, encourages the preparation of home-cooked meals to be enjoyed at the communal table. The decor of the annex creates a harmonious whole with the rest of the room. The spacious bathroom features a comfortable walk-in shower with a rain shower head for refreshment, while an available hairdryer adds to the comfort of your stay. Evening entertainment is provided by multimedia, such as a flat-screen Smart TV, as well as complimentary Wi-Fi access. Guests are provided with complimentary toiletries, towels and bed linen to start their stay. On warm days, pleasant cooling is provided by air conditioning.
