The studio is located in the prestigious Sea&Lake apartment complex, offering not only luxury and comfort, but also the unique experience of being close to nature and the sea. Just a few steps from the building is the picturesque Unieście Beach, where you can enjoy incredible views of the sea stretching to the horizon. Sports and recreation enthusiasts will be pleased to know that only 250 metres from the building there is an entrance to a picturesque bicycle path, which can take you around the entire Jamno Lake or comfortably reach the centre of Mielno. The apartment building has a private quay, which is located at the charming pier, where you can easily moor your jet ski, motorboat, yacht or boat. For the convenience of guests 2 kilometres away, there is a slip for easy launching of watercraft. The area abounds with numerous fish fryers, which are a real attraction for lovers of fresh local specialities. In these cosy places, guests can savour tasty, freshly caught fish while enjoying the charms of the coastal climate.

The living area is furnished with a comfortable double bed and a soft sofa bed with a sleeping function, which invites you to rest and relax after a busy day. The living room leads out onto a charming balcony, where garden furniture invites you to relax outdoors, where guests can enjoy a coffee, prepared in the available coffee machine. The kitchenette, equipped with high quality appliances, invites you to prepare home-cooked meals to be enjoyed around the communal table. The spacious bathroom features a comfortable walk-in shower with a rain shower head for refreshment, while an available hairdryer adds to the comfort of your stay. Evening entertainment is provided by multimedia, such as a flat-screen Smart TV, as well as complimentary Wi-Fi access.
