While the ship's planks, all-round water views and outdoor areas are reminiscent of a sailing trip, this property also offers all the luxury of a holiday home with high-quality furnishings.

The holiday home offers full holiday comfort over two living levels and, in addition to a Finnish sauna, also has a roof terrace with a view over the Baltic Sea entrance to the sailing and sports boat harbour and the Schlei.

The centre of the house is the open-plan living and dining area on the upper living level. Floor-to-ceiling windows allow an all-round water experience, while designer furniture and innovative lighting create a modern feel-good ambience. The house develops a special charm when the weather is a little rougher. Experience the forces of nature gently, but up close, and relax on the red leather sofa in front of the 65-inch TV with the Dolby Surround System, which creates a cinema atmosphere.

The modern and well-equipped eat-in kitchen offers all the amenities. The adjoining terrace invites you to enjoy breakfast in the morning sun or a barbecue evening together. From here, an external staircase leads to the 30 m² roof terrace with all-day sun and a panoramic view over the marina, the Schlei and the Baltic Sea.

The sleeping area of the Art Emotion holiday home is on the ground floor. Here, two bedrooms equipped with high-quality box-spring beds offer space for four adults. Floor-to-ceiling windows in the master bedroom allow an unobstructed view of the waterfront. A patio door allows you to walk around the house. A practical bathing ladder directly on the terrace makes it easy to get back on board after a refreshing dip in the Baltic Sea. An additional flatscreen TV provides entertainment in the second bedroom.

There is also a shower room on the ground floor with a mirrored view of the water.

And the wellness factor is also guaranteed: the Finnish sauna in the bay window with a view of the water provides relaxation and the underfloor heating throughout the house ensures cosy comfort at any time of year.

The interior of the Art Emotion floating holiday home is characterised by a range of designer furniture, contemporary and high-quality entertainment systems and original works by contemporary artists.

There is a private car parking space on the jetty.

And if you want to come with your boat, you can park it conveniently at your own boat mooring right next to the house. It is also easy to moor here with an inflatable boat or SUP.
