The location is absolutely central and yet quiet, the harbour promenade with its shops and the mini golf course are only a few minutes' walk away.

The large, light-flooded living and dining area with endless panoramic views over the water is tastefully furnished with high-quality designer furniture and lighting. It exudes exclusivity and tranquillity. A private viewing platform with unbeatable views of the harbour entrance and the Baltic Sea. Original works by contemporary artists in all rooms round off the ambience. This is complemented by the top-equipped fitted kitchen, which further enhances holiday life with a large induction hob, microwave, selected crockery and a Nespresso machine. Nothing is left to be desired. You simply have to feel at home here!
In addition to the wood-burning stove, which conjures up cosiness on not-so-sunny days, the Dolby Surround system with large-screen TV helps you to simply enjoy yourself.

You can also have a good time in the two bedrooms, which are each furnished with a cosy leather double box-spring bed and a TV. All rooms have a direct view of the water and access to the roof terrace.

How do you get to this incredibly beautiful holiday oasis? It's easy: first head towards Kappeln, then towards Olpenitz and then straight on to the Kapitänshalbinsel. Park either in the outdoor car park or in the underground car park (entrance height: 2m), which belongs to the penthouse. And then just press the button in the lift and you'll be a little closer to heaven in a matter of seconds and your relaxation can begin.

Any construction work at the resort will not affect your holiday enjoyment, which is why additional discounts are excluded.
