The holiday apartment "Cinema" is housed in the former village school of Forst (Eifel), situated between a church and the former rectory. It features approximately 105m² of living space and a private garden of around 360m² with a barbecue area for exclusive use.
The interior, fully renovated in 2024, includes a bedroom (approximately 14m²) with a double bed (1.8x2m) and a spacious bathroom (approximately 9m²) with a walk-in shower, large corner bathtub for two, and a washing machine. The open living concept includes a fully equipped kitchen (approximately 15m²) and a dining and living area (approximately 66m²) that boasts a home cinema with a 108-inch screen, laser projector, and powerful Teufel 5.1 sound system, as well as a private library with around 1,200 books.
The entire living area has underfloor heating and Wi-Fi. The room lighting can be freely chosen in warm white or RGB via remote control.
From the apartment, you have direct access to the large, enclosed garden with seating and a barbecue area, which is available for your exclusive use.
