However, advanced skiers will also find plenty of slopes in this area. If you've never been on skis or haven't been for a long time, we recommend the Hochkrimml ski school.

In summer, Hochkrimml is an ideal starting point for hikes, mountain, and mountain bike tours. If you appreciate the quiet surroundings, you are absolutely right in Hochkrimml during the summer season. The Durlaßboden reservoir, the Kristallbad in Wald/Königsleiten, or the WasserWunderWelten in Krimml offer a nice change of pace.
