Renovated villa with pool only 300m from the beach Casa Tio Pa is a recently renovated house with private pool only 300m from the beach. With its 5 bedrooms it offers accomodation for 10 pax. There is a generous living area with open plan kitchen and large dining table. On the ground floor are two of the bedrooms (one with doublebed and one with two singles) and a shower room. On the first floor there are three more bedrooms (one with double bed and two with two singles) another shower room and working space with a desk to work. All bedrooms are equipped with a ceiling fan. In the garden are different terraces and also a table to enjoy meals "Al fresco". The pool is 6x4m and is ideal to refresh.

Agosto en casa del Tio Pa
Hemos pasado unas maravillosas vacaciones en familia en casa del Tio Pa. La casa esta nueva a estrenar y surtida con todo lujo de detalles para una estancia de ensueño. La casa tiene la ubicación perfecta a 5 minutos andando de la playa y cerca de todas las actividades de Roche, una urbanización muy familiar con todo tipo de programas de actividades para niños. Con su agradable porche y la piscina tan cerca no querrás salir de allí. La dueña encantadora nos recibió y nos dio todo tipo de facilidades y consejos para una estancia perfecta. Ojalá poder volver pronto!!
