Welcome to this dream house that will offer you a vacation of the highest class.
This villa, completed in 2024, leaves nothing to be desired. The house has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and an office . The master bedroom is equipped with a king-size bed and has its own bathroom with a large shower and freestanding bathtub. The other two bedrooms also have their own bathrooms with showers and are furnished with a queen-size bed and a king-size bed, respectively. The house features a gas tank in the front yard, which supplies the pool heater, BBQ grill in the outdoor kitchen, stove in the kitchen, and fire pits. The oversized saltwater pool with a whirlpool allows for swimming fun in any season. End the evening in our chill-out resort-like outdoor area by one of the four fire pits. The living room is furnished with a cozy sofa. The villa is located on a quiet street in the Yacht Club area. By arrangement, the large boat lift can also be used with a fee. You can reach Cape Coral Beach by bike in 10 minutes, and restaurants and shopping opportunities are also nearby. By boat, you can reach the river in 5 minutes without bridges.Look forward to a relaxing and restful vacation in our house in Cape Coral. Pets are not allowed.
