Open kitchen (2 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, 4 gas rings, toaster, kettle, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Upper floor: 2 rooms, each room with 2 beds and air conditioning. 1 room with 1 double sofabed (160 cm, length 200 cm), 1 double bed (2 x 80 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 1 sofabed (140 cm, length 200 cm), 1 double bed (2 x 80 cm, length 200 cm), air conditioning. Standort perfekt
Den Standort des Hauses fanden wir wieder perfekt. Auch die Terrasse gefiel uns wieder sehr gut... super zum zusammensitzen den ganzen Tag. Fehlt nur noch ein Wetterschutz für regnerische Tage. Die Zimmer waren ausreichend ausgestattet. Allerdings sollten die Bäder bzw. Toiletten dem heutigen Standard angepasst werden. Der Besitzer des Hauses war wieder sehr freundlich.

Das war ein schöner Urlaub in einem Haus wo nichts gefehlt hat. Vielleicht wird im Ausenbereich noch eine Möglichkeit gefunden auch im Regen draußen zu sitzen. Die Sonnenschirme boten nicht wirklich Schutz bei Regen. Eine Plane zum ausrollen oder ausklappen?

Ferienhaus Delfar
Uns hat es gefreut das die Schlafzimmer mit neuen Betten und Klimaanlagen ausgestattet wurden. Auch wurden neue Küchengeräte angeschafft. Die neuen Sonnenliegen sind auch positiv zu bewerten. Bei den Sanitäranlagen sind noch einige Wünsche offen.

Das Ferienhaus war für unsere Familie (6 Personen) mehr als gut. Das Platzangebot war sehr großzügig. Mit einem Boot direkt am Haus, sehr gut. es hat sich mehr als gelohnt.

an spezieller Lage - Zeit für eine Auffrischung
Das Haus liegt unmittelbar am beschaulichen Hafen der gleich danebenliegenden kleinen Werft, in welcher Boote repariert und eingewassert werden. Ganz so idyllisch wie auf dem Foto ist es nicht, dafür ist immer ein wenig Betrieb im Hafen und der grosse Kran nebenan ist ein unübersehbares Wahrzeichen für ganz Nerezine. Das Haus müsste innen aufgefrischt werden. Zuviele abgenutzte Teppiche und Sofas sorgen für eine miefige Raumluft, welche mit den vorhandenen Raumbeduftern nicht zum Verschwinden gebracht werden. Die sehr grosse Küche lädt nicht zu ausgedehnten Kochaktionen ein, da wegen des fehlenden Dampfabzuges die Oberflächen der Möbel und des Geschirrs leicht klebrig sind. Der Vermieter hat uns sehr zuvorkommend empfangen und alles Notwendige zu Haus und Ort erklärt. Der Ort Nerezine ist eine Entdeckung, überschaubar und hübsch, die Restaurants gut und preiswert. Die Miete eines kleinen Motorbootes ermöglicht die Erkundung vieler kleiner Buchten, in welchen es sich herrlich und ungestört Baden lässt.
