Very quiet house in a quiet hamlet, sunny all day.
Renovated farmhouse. Equipped with electric heaters and wood stove not included in prices unless water (included in price). Large vaulted room of 70 m2, old style. Ecrins National Park. Pond laid the pleasant Champsaur summer. Riverside 5 km. Numerous mountain hikes in the Ecrins. Ski runs 2.5 km and cross country skiing 500m. Sheets rental, if needed (extra charge) .4 km of tracks: 4 seater chairlift. A washing machine is available in the rental. as well as a dishwasher
