For shared use: property (fenced), garden with lawn. Private: property 400 m2 (fenced) with lawn, parking on the premises. Shop 500 m, supermarket 5 km, bus stop "Leopoldshagen, Kirche" 700 m, sandy beach "Mönkebude" 6 km. Nearby attractions: Insel Usedom 40 km, Hansestadt Greifswald 60 km.
3-room semi-detached house 70 m2 on 2 levels. Partly renovated in 2024, beautiful and cosy furnishings: living room with Scandinavian wood stove, satellite TV and CD-player. Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining table, tiled stove. Exit to the terrace. Shower/WC, Sauna. Upper floor: 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 double bed. 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 sofabed and 1 double bed. Electric heating. Wooden floors. Terrace 10 m2. Terrace furniture.
