Timber house "Uskeboda". 10 km from the centre of Gullsmedshyttan, 22 km from the centre of Nora, 54 km from the centre of Örebro, 10 m from the lake, 100 m from the beach. Private: natural state property 1'650 m2 with trees, meadow. Garden furniture, bathing jetty. Available: canoe, boat (extra). Parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Shop 10 km, supermarket 22 km, restaurant 5 km, railway station "Lindesberg" 15 km, ferry "Helsingborg" 502 km. Hiking paths: Bergslagsleden 15 km. At the lake shore, a raft (approx. 10 sq m) is available, ideal for a trip out onto the lake with swimming or BBQ. The boat motor can be attached to the raft.
"Uskeboda", 4-room house 85 m2. Simple and cosy furnishings: living/sleeping room with 1 double sofabed, open-hearth fireplace, dining table, satellite TV and DVD. Exit to the terrace. 1 double bedroom. 1 room with 2 beds (80 cm). 1 room with 1 x 2 bunk beds (80 cm). Open kitchen (3 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Exit to the terrace. Shower/WC, Sauna. Heating. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), conservatory. View of the lake. Facilities: washing machine, baby cot. Please note: non-smoking house. Wunderbarer Urlaub
Es war für uns ein perfekter Urlaub. Sauberkeit war natürlich nicht 100%, aber die Endreinigung macht auch der Mieter, das wird auch in der Beschreibung direkt geschrieben, da kann man sich schon drauf einstellen, dennoch war es sauber. Der Vermieter super nett und zuvorkommend. Eine edülische Stille mit Elchgeschrei....einfach super.

Interressanter, erstaunlich warmer See, immer weht ein leichter Wind, kein Autolärm. Nächster Nachbar zu nah, zum Baden muss man Trittsicher sein, also nichts für alte Leute.

Schöner Schweden-Aufenthalt
Super Lage, netter Vermieter. An Ausstattung alles vorhanden und funktionstüchtig. Sauberkeit in Ordnung. Gute Bade- und Angelmöglichkeiten (v.a. Hecht). Ausflugsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Gut mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Das Haus ist von der Größe und Schlafmöglichkeiten aber eher für max. 6 als für 8 Personen geeignet. Für uns war das Gesamtpaket perfekt und wir haben uns gut erholt.

Wunderbares Haus
Wir waren jetzt schon zum 2. Mal in dem Haus. Eine super Lage direkt am See, total ruhig gelegen. Der Vermieter ist total hilfsbereit. Die Einrichtung ist nicht die neueste, das hat uns aber gar nicht gestört.

Wer angeln möchte und Ruhe mit großem Erholungswert sucht ist hier bestens aufgehoben.Sehr netter Vermieter,der immer ansprechbar ist. Ein-und auschecken lief perfekt. Haus wurde leider von den Vormietern nicht sehr sauber hinterlassen.Diverse Einkausmöglichkeiten ca.14km entfernt. Gleichzeitig auch schöner Ausflugsort.

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub. Total ruhige Umgebung und ein netter Vermieter. Einen Hecht haben wir gefangen.Zwei Wochen totale Erholung. Das Haus ist komplett ausgestattet, u.a. mit einer kleinen Sauna. Reisetipps: Pershyttan, Nora

Im Jahrhundertsommer 2018 natürlich perfekt wenn man den See direkt vor dem Haus hat! Auch die Abende im Wintergarten waren sehr schön! Sehr netter, hilfsbereiter Vermieter. Am und im Haus sollte beizeiten etwas renoviert oder ausgetauscht werden! Wir hatten einen sehr schönen, erholsamen Urlaub! Reisetipps: Die Natur geniessen, zB eine Etappe des Bergslagsleden wandern. Natürlich Boot fahren und Angeln!Für alle die eine kleine Autofahrt nicht scheuen ist vielleicht Knuthöjdsmossen etwas!

Die Sauna ist recht klein.Di...
Die Sauna ist recht klein.Die Küchenutensilien habe die besten Tage schon lange hinter sich.Generell etwas schmutzig. Da müsste sich der Vermieter besser um eine Endreinigung kümmern, wenn die Vormieter das nicht ordentlich erledigen.Der Vermieter, der sein Sommerhaus nur 100 Meter entfernt hat ist aber ein sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Mensch.
