In the hamlet Pugnano 7 km from the centre of San Giuliano Terme, 12 km from the centre of Pisa, 10 km from the centre of Lucca, in the residential district, 20 km from the sea. Private: property 200 m2 (fenced), well-kept garden with flowers and trees. Motor access (50 m via unmade road). Parking on the premises. Shop 1.5 km, supermarket 2.5 km, bar 1.4 km, bus stop 200 m, railway station "Pisa" 14 km, sandy beach "Marina di Vecchiano" 20 km, rocky beach "Marina di Pisa" 30 km, indoor swimming pool 7 km. Beautiful property / Spacious Accommodations / Outstanding Hosts
La Rondine was a great find for our brief sojourn in Tuscany. Nestled in the small town of Pugnano, which is conveniently located between the must visit cities of Lucca and Pisa, we also had easy access to Florence, Volterra and other Wonderful Tuscan cities. The property had a well equipped kitchen that allowed us to cook, seat and feed nine for dinner on multiple nights. The property owners, Arianna and Simone were wonderful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at La Rondine and look forward to future opportunities to visit.

Sommerurlaub in der schöne Toscana
Das Haus ist gemütlich eingerichtet. Mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Riese helle Räume. Die Gemütliche Terrasse zur Küche wurde von und jeden Tag ob zum Frühstück oder Abendessen immer gerne genutzt. Die Vermieterin ist super freundlich und stets hilfsbereit. Es wurde kurzerhand ein Termin bei der Werkstatt vereinbart, als bei Ankunft die Klima bei unserem Auto ausgefallen ist. Sie hat uns gute Tips für Ausflüge oder Restaurants gegeben. Grosse Spielecke für Kinder vorhanden.

Villa mit viel Atmosphäre und Raumangebot
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir können die Villa uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Eine liebevolle Gastgeberin hat uns großartig unterstüzt als unser Sohn einen Bänderriss hatte und wir schnell Krücken und Kühlmöglichkeiten brauchten. Das Haus ist bestens ausgestattet, jeder Schlafraum hat eigenes Bad. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was für Selbstkochen notwendig ist. Wir empfehlen das Haus gern weiter!

Ein wundervolles Ambiente...
...schon bei der Ankunft wurden wir sehr herzlich von A. empfangen. Bereits beim Einzug im Haus mit toskanischen Stil fühlt man sich gleich wohl und der Urlaub kann beginnen. Es ist alles sehr sauber und wunderschön eingerichtet. Auf beiden Terrassen kann man den Tag entspannt beginnen oder romantisch beenden. Wir bedanken uns recht herzlich für die tollen Tage bei/mit euch, und dass wir solche lieben Menschen, wie Ihr es seid, kennenlernen durften. Grazie di tutto e ci vediamo presto.

Prachtig huis, ideaal gelegen. Zeer gastvrije A.. 20 min. gelegen van Pisa, Lucca, en 't strand. Dorpje zelf is niks te doen, maar wij zijn er tot rust gekomen.

Die Kommunikation und Reservation über ferwo-direkt.de war sehr einfach, informativ, vertrauensvoll und kurz gehalten. Das Ferienhaus La Rondine ist sehr sauber, sehr schön und sorgfältig eingerichtet und wunderbar gelegen. Die Schlafzimmer sind mit den sehr komfortablen Betten, Matrazen und gut arbeitenden Klimaanlagen auf einem hohen und guten Standart. Das Haus und die Umgebung wird von Arianna liebevoll und mit viel Aufwand gepflegt. Wir wurden von Ihr auch sehr herzlich empfangen und betreut. Auch über Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Öffnungszeiten, Sehenswertes und schöne Badestrände informiert Arianna sehr hilfreich und ausführlich. Den Urlaub im Ferienhaus La Rondine von Arianna kann ich mit äusserst guten Erfahrungen jederzeit gerne weiterempfehlen. L. G. Sabine & Roland

Accueil très chaleureux de nos...
Accueil très chaleureux de nos hôtes et maison très agréable. Parfaite si on est motorisé.L'ayant utilisée en lieu de repos après nos excursions journalières, nous n'avons pas réellement profité de la terrasse, mais il y a même le barbecue. Et le wifi.On peut compter sur les hôtes (qui sont voisins) pour les conseils ou s'il manque un accessoire. Conseils de voyage: A proximité de Pise et Lucques et à une distance raisonnable de Florence ou Sienne, c'est un parfait camp de base pour sillonner cette partie de la Toscane et toutes ses merveilles.

Leider gibt es die Auswahl "sehr empfehlenswert" an dieser Stelle nicht, denn genau das wäre unsere Wahl.Das Haus und die Vermieterin sind das bisher beste was wir erlebt haben. Sehr freundlich, sehr hilfsbereit, wir können nur positives berichten. Das Haus ist in einem hervorragenden Zustand, sehr geräumig, die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Empfehlungen der Vermieterin was Ausflugsziele, Badestrände und Essen betrifft waren alle zu 100% zutreffend.Beim nächsten Besuch dieser Regoin ist diese Unterkunft unsere erste Wahl. Reisetipps: Mit dem Auto erreicht man die Ziele sehr gut. Wir sind nach Pisa und Florenz mit dem Zug gefahren. Da im Bahnhof Ripafratta kein Fahrscheinautomat zur Verfügung steht, sind wir bei unserer zweiten Zugfahrt ab dem Bahnhof San Giuliano Terme gefahren. Fahrkarten kaufen ist sehr einfach, da die Automaten auch in deutscher Sprache arbeiten.Die empfohlenen Badestrände sind mit dem Auto in 20 bis 30 Minuten zu erreichen.Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es genug, mit dem Auto ab ca. 5 Minuten zu erreichen.Sehr schön ist auch die Altstadt von Lucca, mit dem Auto in 10 – 15 min. zu erreichen.
