Cottage "Flora". 20 m from the centre of Villecchia, 12 km from the centre of Aulla, 34 km from the centre of La Spezia, on a slope, 40 km from the sea. Private: with natural garden 50 m2. 100 m long steep motor access to 50 m from the house. 50 m stepped path to the house. Parking at 50 m public parking. Shop 1.1 km, supermarket 10 km, railway station "Aulla" 13 km, sandy beach "Fiumaretta" 40 km. Nearby attractions: La Spezia 33 km, Riomaggiore 48 km, Lerici 36 km, Portovenere 47 km, Cava Fantiscritti Carrara 51 km, Lucca 87 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Cerreto Laghi 50 km, Torre del lago 75 km. Please note: car recommended, no lift. Part of the house is closed and unoccupied.
"Flora", 3-room house 90 m2 on 2 levels. Beautiful and rustic furnishings: living/dining room with dining table and satellite TV. Open kitchen (Gas stove, 5 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine) with open-hearth fireplace (only for decoration). Shower/WC. Upper floor: 1 room with 1 double bed. Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 1 french bed (140 cm). Exit to the balcony. Shower/WC. Gas heating. Balcony, terrace roofed. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs (6). Marvellous panoramic view of the mountains and the valley. Facilities: washing machine, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi). Please note: non-smokers only. 1 pet/ dog allowed.

Un cadre magnifique et ressourçant
Nous avons passé une semaine en famille très ressourçante. La maison est très agréable et très bien décorée, aménagée. Le jardin est très agréable. Le village de Villecchia est très très joli et le point de départ de très jolies ballades/ randonnées. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'accueil très sympathique de Roby et le calme du village.

Sehr romantisch, Einrichtung und Gestaltung sehr liebevoll im toskanischen Stil. Viele kleine Plätzchen hin kucken und wohl fühlen. Die Berganfahrt haben wir dafür gerne in Kauf genommen. Vielen Dank an Robby für die tollen Tipps und die super Betreuung.

Es war alles so wie wir uns gewünscht haben!! Das Haus ist einfach ein Traum auch die Lage!!! Der Roberto ein richtig top Gastgeber und ein wunderbarer Mensch!!!! Wir möchten noch mal Dankeschön sagen dafür das wir die Möglichkeit bekommen haben so ein tolle Zeit zum verbringen!!! LG Anna Tutto era come lo desideravamo!! charmantes Ferienhaus in traumhafter Lage
Das Haus liegt in einem kleinen Bergdorf mit traumhafter Aussicht. Wenn man die abenteurliche Anfahrt hinter sich gebracht hat, wird man mit einer Oase der Ruhe in zauberhafter Lage belohnt. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, wunderschöne Schlafräume mit Balkonen und Terrassen zu verschiedenen Himmelsrichtungen. Gartenterrasse mit Pergola, Grill, Aussenwasserstelle..... Manche mag die fehlende Geschirrspülmaschine nerven - das machte uns aber nichts aus. Ein Ort zum Seele baumeln lassen. Wir kommen gerne wieder - auch wegen des netten Verwalters vor Ort.

Wir hatten einen unvergesslichen Urlaub in der Toscana auch dank diesen charmanten Hauses. Das Dorf ist wie im Bilderbuch und das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. R. unser Hausvermieter wohnt nicht weit und war jederzeit mit Rat und guten Tips für uns da. Wer einen authentischen Urlaub verbringen möchte der ist hier genau richtig. Von uns gibt es 5 Sterne

Magnifique petit village ou l'on ne peut se deplacer qu'à pied La tranquilité définit parfaitement ce lieu Seul bémol, la proximité des voisins s'il y en a pendant votre séjour! Sinon tout était parfait Robin est très gentil et serviable Nous avons pris le train à Aulla pour aller aux "Cinque terre", c'était un très bon plan car le parking est gratuit et nous sommes aller à Pise qui est à une heure par l'autoroute

Sehr schön restauriertes altes Steinhaus,mitten in einem kleinen Bergdorf.Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet,alles vorhanden was man so braucht.Es sind drei Terassen rund ums Haus,sowie ein Stück Garten mit einem guten Grill vorhanden. Da findet man immer ein schattiges Plätzchen.Meiner Meinung nach ist das Haus sehr gut für zwei Paare geeignet(2Schlafzimmer,2 Bäder).Für Ruhesuchende und Naturliebhaber, aber auch für Leute die nicht unbedingt jeden Tag ans Meer wollen ,absolut empfehlenswert!! Das Besitzerehepaar ist sehr freundlich,man darf bei eventuellen Problemen jederzeit zu ihnen kommen, sie wohnen direkt gegenüber. Reisetipps: Wunderschöne Region zum Wandern aber man ist auch schnell mal am Meer. Wir waren in Marinella dort gibt`s freie Strände.In Sarzana ist am Donnerstag Markt. Einkaufen kann man in Terrarossa in einem gut sortierten Supermarkt.

Wunderschönes Haus in den Berg...
Wunderschönes Haus in den Bergen mit einem traumhaften Ausblick. Mit eigenem Garten. Alles sehr gepflegt und sauber. Die Verwalterin ist immer ansprechbar. Perfekt, um die Ruhe der Berge zu genießen. Und zum Wandern.
