Private: natural state property 27'000 m2, garden (not fenced) with trees, lawn for sunbathing. Table tennis, children's playground (swing, sandbox). 150 m long bumpy, steep, narrow motor access (via unmade road). Parking on the premises. Supermarket 5.5 km, outdoor swimming pool 8 km, indoor swimming pool 15 km. Golf course (18 hole) 18 km. Nearby attractions: Passau 17 km, Freilichtmuseum Bayerischer Wald 10 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Rothauer See 10 km. Hiking paths: Ilztal 30 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
