Wunderschöne Doppelhaushälfte
Eine wunderschöne Doppelhaushälfte mit Terrasse und großem Garten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Gerade die Kinder hatten durch den Garten viele Entfaltungsmöglichkeiten. Wir kommen jederzeit wieder. Darüber hinaus war alles gut und schnell zu erreichen (Strand, Einkaufen, etc.). Schöne Grüße an das nette Vermieter - Paar

eigentlich nicht schlecht, aber...
positiv: schön groß, ruhige Lage, schöner Garten negativ: Therme defekt (Dusche sehr heiß u. eiskalt im Wechsel, sehr unangenehm!), Schimmel in der Dusche, Stühle wackelig, Balkonstuhlauflagen sehr dreckig, eine Herdplatte defekt, Terrassentür schwergänging, Sprung im Spiegel am Schrank... Trotz ordnungsgemäßer Nutzung ließ sich ein Defekt nicht vermeiden (Material schon bei Anreise morsch). Ein Teil der Materialkosten ist daraufhin zu unseren Lasten von der Kaution einbehalten worden.

Sehr saubere und geräumige Haushälfte, alles soweit vorhanden, dass es uns an wirklich nichts gefehlt hat. Super freundliche Kommunikation vor Ort.

Der Vermieter prüft bei Schlüsselübergabe am Ende des Urlaubs akribisch nach irgendwelchen Mängeln. Das war unschon des Guten zuviel.Werden nicht wieder buchen.
