Update der Küchenausstattung dringend notwendig

Viele Pluspunkte, aber auch Negatives: Positiv: Schönes, sauberes Haus an ruhiger Aussichtslage mit großem, sauberen Pool Negativ: gesamte Küchenausstattung müsste erneuert bzw. aufgestockt werden. Wer selber kochen will, kommt nicht zurecht. Beide Duschen nur für kleine, schmale Menschen geeignet. Beide Betten waren uns zu schmal und zu kurz.

Prachtig uitzicht en fijn huis

Het huis ligt op een heuvel waardoor het uitzicht over het Toscaanse landschap echt prachtig is. Daarnaast is het heel rustig en toch ben je in 5 autominuten bij een aantal winkels. Het zwembad is zeer schoon en mooi aangelegd, net als de prachtige planten en bloemen rondom het huis. Wij waren er eind april en dan kan het binnen in het huis nog wat vochtig en koud zijn als het buiten nog niet zo warm is. De eigenaren waren bijzonder vriendelijk en behulpzaam. We komen graag nog eens terug.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft, sauber,bis auf Kleinigkeiten in der Küchen(Topflappen etc.) war alles vorhanden was man braucht Sehr zentral gelegen für alle Ausflüge sogar an das Mittelmeer Toller Pool und den Wein zur Begrüßung (und zum Abschied) vom Vermieter fanden wir eine sehr nette Geste...absolut empfehlenswert,Verständigung auf Englisch zumindest mit dem Sohn des Vermieters möglich

Schön gelegenes Haus. Toller ,gepflegter Pool für die 2 Mietparteien und die Familie des Besitzers. Zentrale Lage zu den touristisch interessanten Städten. Schöner Ausgangspunkt für kleinere Mountainbiketouren. Alternatives , gutes Lokal in 15 min zu Fuß erreichbar. WLAN funktionierte nicht.

Die Unterkunft können wir unei...

Die Unterkunft können wir uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Nur die Verständigung war manchmal etwas schwierig, da kein deutsch und nur wenig englisch verstanden wurde. Aber mit Hilfe von Hände und Füße geht auch das. Reisetipps: Lohnenswert sind Florenz, Siena, San Gimignana, Volterra und Lucca. Man kann keine Stadt besonders hervorheben, da jede ihren eigenen Reiz hat und egal wo man ist kultirell viel geboten wird. Mit Sicherheit sehenswert sind die Uffizien in Florenz aber auch kleine Museen die sehenswert sind gibt es reichlich. Uns bleibt besonders San Gimimignano in Erinnerung. Einfach traumhaft. Außerdem hat uns sehr viel Spaß die Marbletour in Carrara gemacht. Es ist einfach schön zu sehen wie und wo der teure Marmor abgebaut wird.

Das Ferienhaus liegt ca. 3 min...

Das Ferienhaus liegt ca. 3 min ausserhalb von Castelfiorentino auf einem Hügel mitten in der Toskana. Man hat einen traumhaften Rundblick, wenn man am Pool liegt. Die Anlage wird von den Besitzern, die sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend sind, sehr gepflegtund sauber gehalten. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (COOP und Penny, Wochenmarkt am Samstag) findet man im Ort. Wir können das Haus uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen und würden gern jederzeit wiederkommen, da wir sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Reisetipps: Das Haus ist günstig gelegen, wenn man mit dem Auto Sternfahrten in die bekannten Städte der Toskana machen möchte: Siena ca. 50 min, Florenz und Volterra ca. 45 min, San Gimignano ca. 30 min, Pisa ca. 1 St. Sehr gut gegessen haben wir im Hotel/Restaurant "Il Gusto & il Tatto". Das Bistecca Fiorentina dort war perfekt und die Bedienung sehr freundlich !!!

–Super Unterkunft–Nette und Hilfsbereites Personal–Tolle Lage–Schöne Terasse mit Pool–Alles pikobello sauber–Sehr gepflegte Außenanlage–Man merkt und sieht sofort dass hier sehr viel Liebe drinsteckt Reisetipps: Lucca– für uns die tollste Stadt in Italien die wir bisher gesehen haben (Bisher besuchten wir Rom, Florenz, Pisa, Volterra, Siena und etliche andere).
