Vakantiewoning op mooie locatie
Rustig gelegen vrijstaand vakantiehuis op loopafstand van het centrum van Uberlingen. Ruime parkeergelegenheid. Knus terrasje en flinke tuin. Bedden prima , kamers okay , keukentje krap , badkamers goed. Beetje veel schrootjes en oud. Hostes (moeder) is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Mini Küche . Habe jeden Tag alleine Aufgewaschen und abgetrocknet. Für 2 Personen war kein Platz. Wohnung besteht aus 2 Teilwohnungen. Mit kleinen Kindern etwas ungünstig.

In die Jahre gekommen - ganz OK
Die Wohnungseinrichtung ist sichtbar in die Jahre gekommen. Das Sofa sollte ausgewechselt werden, da es ziemlich verschmutzt ist. Der Parkplatz bzw. die Ausfahrt ist grenzwertig gefährlich. Unfassbar laute Nachbarskinder, deren Eltern vermutlich schwerhörig sind - dafür kann allerdings die Wohnung nichts. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist für den Bodensee eher nicht ganz OK. Besitzer/Verwalter sind sehr nett.

Nette Vermieterinnen in toller Umgebung
Wir haben in einer sauberen, zweckmäßigen Wohnung unseren sehr schönen Urlaub am Bodensee verbracht. Die Wohnung ist zwar etwas altmodisch, aber man fühlt sich trotzdem sehr wohl. Die Vermieterinnen sind sehr nett und haben durch einige Details (viele Haken und Ablagen) die Wohnung "aufgepimpt", so dass man alles hat was man braucht. Wir würden sie jederzeit weiterempfehlen.

Wir haben uns wohlgeführt in der Unterkunft. Die Einrichtung ist gemütlich verbunden mit der Terrasse. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und wenn man Fragen hatte war die Vermieterin sofort telefonisch ansprechbar . Familie N.

Wir hatte einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in Überlingen. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt in der Wohnung. Die Schlüsselhalterinnen sind sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Betagte FeWo mit Dauerheizung im Sommer
Die FeWo ist etwas eng und hat schon einige Zeit auf dem Buckel..... Aber das Schlimmste war die Fußbodenheizung die auch nachts noch 25 Grad im Zimmer haben möchte, d.h. im Sommer bei 30 Grad ist auch die Nacht tropisch. Die "Verwalter" haben aber gesagt sie fassen die Heizung nicht an, da die FeWo Inter Chalet gehört.....Schade.
