In the house: lounge, sun terrace, central heating system. In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking on the premises. Shop 5 km. Ski lift 5 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Golm/Latschau 5 km. Please note: the owner lives in the same residence.
"Mittagspitze", 12-room house 400 m2 on 3 levels. Simple furnishings: large living/dining room with satellite TV. Exit to the terrace. Kitchen (8 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, kettle, microwave, freezer, grill, electric coffee machine) with wood-burning stove. 3 sep. WC's. Upper floor: 4 rooms, each room with 1 bed, 1 double bed and hand-basin. Exit to the balcony. 2 double bedrooms, each room with hand-basin. Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 2 beds. 2 showers, 2 sep. WC's. Top floor: with sloping ceilings, 2 rooms, each room with 1 bed and 1 double bed. With sloping ceilings, 2 double bedrooms, each room with hand-basin. Sep. WC. Balcony. Marvellous view of the mountains and the valley. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed.

Prima Preis- Leistungsverhältnis
Wir haben uns im Ferienhaus Mittagsspitze sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Der Ausblick vom Aufenthaltsraum war einfach toll, das entschädigt für die ca. 5 km lange Auffahrt, obwohl wir sie uns schlimmer vorgestellt hatten. Wir hatten vorher Sorge, ob 2 Duschen für 17 Personen reichen, aber wenn man sich in der Gruppe abspricht, kein Problem. Die Küche ist mit viel Geschirr sehr gut ausgestattet und der Eingangsbereich ist großzügig mit vielen Kleiderhaken.

Für große Gruppen ideal bei tollster Aussicht
Es ist zwar sehr einfach, aber es ist gemütlich und alle hatten viel Spaß in diesem Haus, das mit einem herrlichen Blick aus dem Wohnzimmer mittels riesiger Panoramafenster alle staunen lässt. Die Vermieterin ist sehr sehr nett und wir fahren bestimmt wieder hin!

nous connaissons parfaitement cette maison puisque ça fait des années que nous venons le plaisir était de pouvoir descendre à ski ce qui n'est plus possible aujourd'hui puisque le petit télésiège au village a été enlevé mais nous restons fidèle on aime bien revoir la propriétaire qui nous connait très bien

Ski-Gruppenurlaub
Einfache, aber solide Gruppenunterkunft mit guter Küche und großem Aufenthaltsraum. Abenteuerliche Anfahrt (zumindest bei Schnee, und für Flachländer) aber gut geräumt. Allerdings sind 15-20 min. für die Strecke einzuplanen.

Die Hauseigentümerin ist sehr ...
Die Hauseigentümerin ist sehr hilfsbereit und aufmerksam.Die Unterkunft verfügt über keinen direkten Anschluss an die örtliche Skilogistik. Zum Besuch der Skigebiete steht entweder ein Privatfahrzeug zur Verfügung oder es muss ein örtliches Taxiunternehmen beauftragt werden, das die täglichen Berg– & Talfahrten bis zu den Skibus–Haltestellen übernimmt, was mit Zusatzkosten verbunden ist. Reisetipps: Im Winterurlaub bietet das Skigebiet Golm als eines von drei Gebieten in der Umgebung ein sehr reizvolles Ziel.Trotz seiner überschaubaren Größe, aber gleichzeitig sehr familiären Atmosphäre erfüllt es wahlweise nahezu alle Anforderungen für einen aktiven oder entspannten Skitag und war für unsere Ansprüche (Schülergruppenreise der Oberstufe mit Fahrern unterschiedlicher Könnensstufen) das perfekte Skigebiet.
