Terraced house "Oscha". 3 km from the centre of Lovran, on the outskirts, 800 m from the centre of Medveja, 5 km from the centre of Opatija, in a secluded position, 800 m from the sea, 800 m from the beach. For shared use: property 1'000 m2 (fenced) with lawn and plants, swimming pool (6 x 3 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 02.Oct.). Outdoor shower, barbecue. In the house: internet access. Motor access to the house (100 m via unmade road). Parking at the house on the premises. Supermarket 800 m, pebble beach. Marina 5 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Please note: the owner lives on the same property. Airfield 50 km from the property. Access to the rental by car via Camp Medveja.

Upper floor: entrance hall with air conditioning. 1 room with 1 bed (90 cm, length 190 cm), 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). Terrace 40 m2, terrace 10 m2. Terrace furniture, deck chairs (4). Facilities: baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: suitable for families. Non-smoking house. Private entrance. The unit consists of 1 apartment and 1 separate house, which are rented as one unit. The apartment with kitchen, hallway and one bedroom. The house with kitchen, bedroom and an additional bedroom on the upper floor.

Abgelegenes Idyll
Für ruhesuchende Naturliebhaber das Richtige, wunderbare Aussicht auf Gebirge und Wald. Tolle Terrasse und super Pooldeck! Achtung viele Treppen. Mit kleinen Kindern ist Vorsicht geboten. Die Lage ist etwas ungeschickt wenn man öfters mit dem Auto auf Tour gehen will. Die Fahrt durch den Campingplatz und über die grobe Schotterpiste empfand ich teilweise nervig. Das Haus und Appartment sind mit allem Notwendigen funktional ausgestattet. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und immer hilfsbereit.

Gut gepflegte Anlage mit Terasse zum Entspannen
Mit 7 Personen nutzten wir 2 Ferienwohnungen. Gute saubere Ausstattung. Fenster mit Fliegengitter. Deutsche Sender sind vorhanden. Zufahrt durch den Campingplatz. Etwa 800 m weit. Das ist auch die Strecke zum Strand am Besten zu Fuß. Dort gibt es auch Toiletten sowie Imbiss und Einkauf fürs Tägliche. Wer mag kann auch nahe der Unterkunft etwas bergig Wandern. Ein Nachbar hatte Nachts sein TV an, mit ihm konnte man aber reden. Insgesamt sehr entspannend.
